An aerospace engineer by training, he has successfully founded companies and led them to international stock market listings. Beyond business success, Peter is committed to sharing his expertise with those around him, including as a Board member of EBAN and as a lecturer at FHGR.

At PHENOGY, he applies his extensive experience to developing highly sustainable energy storage technologies that combine strong growth potential with a minimal carbon footprint. Since September 2026, Peter is focusing on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors at PHENOGY.

Diego is an attorney-at-law, notary, and partner at Kaiser Odermatt & Partner AG in Zug. He advises clients on corporate, contract, and inheritance law, provides notarial services, and supports complex restructurings. With extensive experience advising companies, he is also passionate about legal tech and involved in blockchain projects exploring digital identity, data sovereignty, and related topics.

Sven is Managing Partner at infeas AG and advises companies on strategy, financing, and sustainable growth. As a Swiss Certified Expert for Accounting and Controlling, he combines financial expertise with entrepreneurial experience. His work focuses on business model development, corporate management, and the practical implementation of growth strategies.
